The National Coal Company was headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland. This collection consists of one folder of receipts, sales slips, invoices and letters dealing with the day to day business running of the business. Materials date from 1905 to 1917.

Jean-Paul Charles Aymard Sartre (1905–1980) was a French philosopher, playwright, novelist, screenwriter, political activist, biographer, and literary critic. The manuscript "L'Arte Baroque" is an unpublished essay on Baroque art by French author Jean-Paul Sartre. It consists of 16 pages, and the date of creation is unknown but thought to be from approximately 1951.

Collection consists of a volume of poems, hand copied by Anna Berkley Stevenson (born in 1869 in Maryland). Includes three poems clipped from newspapers dating from approximately the 1890s to 1903.

This undated volume contains a series of compositions in Greek, most likely written out by A.M.G. Little.

Sir Derek Alton Walcott (1930–2017) was a Saint Lucian poet and playwright. He received the 1992 Nobel Prize in Literature. This collection is comprised of one unpublished play, "Franklin," by Walcott. The play is in typescript form, 65 pages in length, and believed to date from the 1950s.
