Specific types of records include articles of merger with other companies; meeting minutes of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee, including Articles of Incorporation, by-laws, and amendments; stockholder records, including meeting minutes, and annual reports; financial and accounting records, including tax information and balance sheets; records related to the recapitalization of the company in 1938; and records relating to the liquidation of the company, including materials that post-date the liquidation.
