Scope and Contents note

This series consists of files, ledgers, accounting books, and correspondence concerning the corporate governance and financial records of the Roland Park Company parent organization. Specific types of records include articles of merger with other companies; meeting minutes of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee, including Articles of Incorporation, by-laws, and amendments; stockholder records, including meeting minutes, and annual reports; financial and accounting records, including tax information and balance sheets; records related to the recapitalization of the company in 1938; and records relating to the liquidation of the company, including materials that post-date the liquidation.
