Charles Mason Remey was an architect, author, and a religious leader of the Baha'i faith. He was born in Burlington, Iowa, May 15, 1874. The collection consists of 154 bound volumes, spanning 1836-1940. In the volumes are personal reminiscences, clippings, photographs, memorabilia, biographical accounts of Mason and Remey family members, and a historical record of the Baha'i faith.

Conrad Potter Aiken (1889–1973) was an American writer, whose work includes poetry, short stories, novels, a play, and an autobiography. The collection consists of one letter from Conrad Aiken to an unidentified correspondent, January 26, 1969.

Henry James, Jr. (born in New York, New York on April 15, 1843) was an Anglo-American writer who spent the bulk of his career in Britain. He is regarded as one of the key figures of 19th-century literary realism. This collection consists primarily of 22 letters written by Henry James, Jr. to friends and acquaintances, and the corrected typescript of Max Beerbohm’s short story “The Guerdon,” a 1916 parody of James’ late writing style.

Benjamin Franklin "Frank" Norris Jr. (1870-1902) was an American journalist and sometime novelist during the Progressive Era, whose fiction was predominantly in the naturalist genre. The collection consists of photocopies of eight items of published material relating to Frank Norris. Dates of the items in the collection range from 1902 to 1997.

Henry James (1843–1916) was an American author regarded as a key transitional figure between literary realism and literary modernism. The collection consists of four items, and includes articles on Henry James and reviews of books about Henry James. Items in the collection are from 1953.

Theodore Herman Albert Dreiser (1871–1945) was an American novelist and journalist of the naturalist school. The collection consists of ten items and includes reviews of Dreiser's works; articles on Dreiser; and a copy of one of his short stories, "The Lost Phoebe." Dates of the items in the collection range from 1943~1949, 1965~1969, and 1986.

Victoria Lincoln was an American writer of fiction and journalistic articles born in 1904. The papers consist largely of drafts of her many articles, stories, poems, and novels. The collection spans 1833-1986, with the bulk of the material from 1925-1985.
