The professional papers of Professor J. Woodford Howard, Jr. (1931-2017), a faculty member in the Department of Political Science at Johns Hopkins University. Roseman (1921-2011) was a biochemist who was faculty in the Biology Department at Johns Hopkins University. Boxes 1 through 10 contain paper files.
