Aleine Austin was historian and author born in New York City, July 19, 1922. The papers, dating from 1940 to 1991, consist of student notes, lecture notes, published articles, manuscript notes, recordings, photographs, correspondence, and a selection of papers that document Aleine Austin's interest and work in the American labor movement.

Edmund Duffy (1899 – 1962), was an American editorial cartoonist who spent the majority of his professional career working for The Baltimore Sun. This collection consists of approximately 1,000 cartoons from 1924 through 1962.
Jacob Harry Hollander papers
Jacob Harry Hollander was born in Baltimore in 1871 and was appointed by Presidents McKinley and T. Roosevelt to represent the United States in economic policy abroad. The papers date from 1895-1940 and are largely Hollander's professional correspondence dealing with his teaching at Hopkins, his writings on economic theory, and his work in the areas of social welfare and economic reform.
Tom Flannery cartoons collection
Thomas F. Flannery was born in Carbondale, Pennsylvania in 1919. In 1957, he moved to Baltimore and became the first editorial cartoonist for The Evening Sun in 1957. Topics include: Baltimore and Maryland, sports and personages, national issues and world affairs in the late 1950s through the 1960s, including the Kennedy presidency, the war in Vietnam, and the Cold War.
