John Higham papers

Overview John Higham was a historian and professor at Johns Hopkins University with a principal field of interest in American social and intellectual history of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. The collection consists of holographic course notes, outlines, examination booklets, and other assignments completed during his undergraduate years at The Johns Hopkins University, 1937-1939, as well as material relating to Dr. Higham's teaching and writing career.

Martha McCrory papers

Overview Martha McCrory was an Italian scholar and professor specializing in Renaissance jewelry and fashion. After living in Florence for several years, she worked in the Walters Art Gallery in Baltimore, as an instructor at the JHU School of Continuing Studies, and at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. The collection contains papers, publications, and correspondence regarding many of Martha's academic projects, most of which span the 1980s and 1990s.
