Nicholas Maw papers
Nicholas Maw (1935-2009) was a British composer who taught at the Peabody Institute from 1998 to 2008. The Nicholas Maw papers (approximately 1956-2009) contain manuscripts, scores, and recordings of musical compositions by Maw, including the opera Sophie's Choice. The collection also contains correspondence, programs, reviews, lecture notes, and other personal papers.
Oratorio Society of Baltimore programs and other material
The Oratorio Society of Baltimore was a musical ensemble from approximately 1882 to 1918. Its music directors and performers included many members of the Peabody Conservatory faculty, including Conservatory Directors Asger Hamerik and Harold Randolph. The Oratorio Society of Baltimore programs and other material, 1883-1913, contains an incomplete run of the society's concert programs, the 1884 president's report, an 1896 large-format photograph of the ensemble, and other ephemera.
Otto Ortmann papers
Otto Ortmann was the director of Peabody Conservatory of Music from 1928 to 1941 and founder of the conservatory's department of research, where he conducted studies on the education, psychology, and physiology of music. His papers include scores of original compositions, writings on music research, research notes, administrative files, concert programs, photographs, and teaching materials.

Peabody Computer Music Department records
The Peabody Computer Music Department originated from the Peabody Electronic Music Studio, founded by composer Jean Eichelberger Ivey in 1969, and the Peabody Computer Music Studio, founded by Geoffrey Wright in 1982. The Peabody Computer Music Department records, 1985-2002, contain administrative files related to the department's major public events, faculty and staff meetings, and the Peabody Ventures technology transfer program.

The Office of the Registrar maintains student records for the Peabody Conservatory of Music. This series contains confidential records directly related to students of the Conservatory of Music from approximately 1900 to 2014.
Peabody Conservatory scrapbook collection
The Peabody Conservatory scrapbook collection, 1866-1988, contains scrapbooks and clipping books that document the activities of the Conservatory and its Preparatory Department. Most of these scrapbooks were probably compiled by the Institute itself or by a clipping agency. Two boxes of scrapbooks document the activities of the Peabody chapter of the Mu Phi Epsilon music fraternity. Three scrapbooks focus on the Peabody Conservatory Alumni Association.
