Abbott Lawrence Penniman, Jr (1892 - 1982) was a mechanical engineer who worked for Baltimore Gas and Electric (BGE).

Scope and Contents

The papers date from the 1950s-1960s and deal largely with his consulting work after he retired. Much of the material deals with sitings for power plants, talks Penniman gave, and his membership in The American Society of Mechanical Engineers and on the Maryland Board of Boiler Rules.
