Arrangement

This record group is arranged according to the organizational structure of the division of Homewood Student Affairs. Series 1 consists of the records of the offices which fall administratively within the Office of the Dean of Student Development. Series 2 consists of the records of the offices which fall adminsitratively within the Office of the Dean of Student Life. University offices are subject to occassional name changes and organizational shifts; the records are arranged to reflect the organizational structure of the University at the time of processing to the best of our ability. Series 4 includes all archived websites associated with the units that fall under Homewood Student Affairs.

Immediate Source of Acquisition

Accession 2021-22.RG.13.130.001 [boxes 1-17 and oversized folders 1 and 2] was transferred to the Archives by Laura Stott, Executive Director of Student Engagement, in May 2021.

Accruals

This collection is expected to accrue records on an on-going basis.

Physical Description

The majority of Spring Fair planning records are stored in three-ring binders. The binders were kept intact and are stored together in record center boxes.
