Biographical / Historical

George Wills served as assistant to Milton S. Eisenhower following Eisenhower's retirement as President of Johns Hopkins University in 1967. Although he was employed by Johns Hopkins University's Office of Public Relations, Wills's work chiefly related to Eisenhower's activity as a private citizen.
