Scope and Contents
Records of Zeniada consist primarily of issues of the magazine from 1978 to 2010, but there are also notes and surveys to go along with the Fall 1981 issue. The surveys are those sent to Hopkins alumnae as research for a story on undergraduate women at the University. The records also include archived versions of the magazine's website and Facebook sites from 2015 - Ongoing.

Conditions Governing Access
All student organization records received prior to 2017 are closed for 25 years from the date of creation to everyone except current members of the student organization, after which they are publicly available for access. Biographical / Historical
Zeniada, an undergraduate literary magazine, aims to "encompass and exchange new thoughts and experiences." At its inception in 1978, it published articles on current University, local, national and international topics, as well as fiction, poetry, graphics and photography. Around 1984, the scope of Zeniada narrowed and now it publishes only fiction, poetry and artwork. It is now published once per semester.

Abstract
Zeniada is an undergraduate literary magazine that, at its inception in 1978, published articles on current University, local, national and international topics, as well as fiction, poetry, graphics and photography. Around 1984, the scope of Zeniada narrowed and now it publishes only fiction, poetry and artwork. Arrangement
The record group is arranged in one series, with three folders of questionnaires and notes preceding issues of Zeniada.
Immediate Source of Acquisition
Issues of Zeniada are sent to the Archives as they are published. Materials used in writing the article on women at Hopkins were given to the Archives by Ayala Hecht, editor and author of the article.
