Conference program for the conference "The Deep South: Ways and Means to Integration" which was held at St. Paul Methodist Church in Birmingham, AL and hosted by the Alabama Christian Movement for Human Rights. The conference was also sponsored by the Student Non-Violent Co-ordinating Committee (SNCC) and the Southern Conference Educational Fund. The theme of the conference was "Religion and the struggle for civil rights and civil liberties." Notable participants include: Ella Baker, Ruby Doris Smith, James Forman, Rev. Fred Shuttlesworth, Hosea Williams, Myles Horton, Rev. C.T. Vivian, Rev. James Zellner, Bob Moses, J. Charles Jones, and Carl Braden.
