Scope and Contents note
Series 2, University Community, 1889-1980, covers the Chaplain's and YMCA activities on the Hopkins campus. This series consists of YMCA and Chaplain's Office minutes, budgets, course materials, the Sunday Experience records, and the correspondence of the staffs of the YMCA and the Chaplain's Office. The minutes from 1946 to 1952 might include dublicate copies of certain meeting. The series also contains scrapbooks that include announcements of conventions and prayer meetings and memorabilia pertaining to the activities of the YMCA. The files in this series are arranged in alphabetical order. Three items marked 'oversize container' are in a large flat box, even though their entries appear within the other boxes.
