Scope and Contents These two badges have the same design of a laurel wreath topped with a heraldic sun surrounding an image of two clasped hands holding a pike topped with a Phrygian (or liberty) cap. One badge is gold in color and the other is silver. Both have fastenings on the reverse for sewing onto clothing.
