Edward M. Greenway, Jr. Autograph collection
Edward McDonald Greenway, Jr. was born in New York in 1820. The collection spans the years 1737 to 1876 and consists of approximately 250 items of correspondence and some legal documents. The correspondents are primarily prominent lawyers, politicians, statesmen, and figures of the Revolutionary War from Maryland.

The John Pendleton Kennedy papers, 1812-1896, contain correspondence, manuscripts, scrapbooks, and other documents related to Kennedy's varied personal and professional interests, including documents related to the founding and early years of the Peabody Institute.
Leonard Leopold Mackall papers
Leonard Leopold Mackall, American bibliographer, editor and collector was born in Baltimore on January 29, 1879. The collection consists of correspondence, scrapbooks, subject files and other research materials. The correspondence in the collection spans the years 1547 to 1937 with the bulk of the material spanning 1900-1937. There is additional information dating from 1949 regarding the collection after it was acquired by Johns Hopkins Libraries.
