Biographical / Historical
The Vocal Chords is an all-gender student a cappella group founded in 1995 at Johns Hopkins University. The group performs a variety of genres and arranges its own songs. The Vocal Chords perform at events on the Homewood campus, as well as paid and private functions along the east coast. The group also competes annually in the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella (ICCA).
