Scope and Contents
This series contains a variety of materials that pertains to Boas’ life outside academia, lecturing, and writing. Items included are Boas’ World War II military records and speeches, financial records, Arthur O. Lovejoy’s will (Boas was the executor), Citizen Committee papers and awards, drawings from his daughter Sarah Boas, two photographs of Boas, and memorial minutes from the American Philosophical Association.
