Minutes and supporting papers, spans the period 1870 to 1993. The only records in this series extant from the period 1870-1924 are the bound volumes of Minutes. The Supporting Papers, which begin in 1925, are documents which relate directly to those actions taken by the Board and recorded in the Minutes and include correspondence, both sent and received, meeting agendas, attendance sheets, committee reports and recommendations, and professional vitae for faculty members under consideration for promotion.
