Arrangement note
The numbering and naming systems recorded in this subseries were devised by the Roland Park Company. The numbered series are: Deeds and Agreements, abbreviated on documents as D&A#; Executed House and Lot Sales, abbreviated as Ex#; and Miscellaneous Contracts, abbreviated as M#.
Processing Information note
These materials are separate from other related materials in this series (Other Numbered Deeds and Agreements and Deeds by Year) because they were physically and intellectually arranged by the record creators in their own numbering and naming schemas. Other than expanding abbreviations, these documents are in their original order.
The records in this series were originally housed folded in small file drawers; they have been flattened and foldered as part of the conservation process.
