Arrangement
This subseries is arranged in its original order as kept by the Senator's staff, which was an alphabetical arrangement that repeated for each year. The material have been further broken into subseries that reflect these groupings. The first alphabetical group dates from 1961-1964, the second from 1965-1968, and thereafter repeats for each calendar year.
Processing Information
This subseries used to be titled "Correspondence (pinks)," a reference to pink carbon copies found throughout the series.
