 Sub-Series

Scope and Contents note

The National Resources Planning Board was an agency of the Executive Office of the President. Wolman served as the chairman of the Water Resources Committee from 1935 to 1941. The records include correspondence, minutes, and many reports. The committee was concerned with drainage basins, flood control and water pollution. A list of the reports is in the container list. Copies of the published reports of the Water Resources Committee are in the Eisenhower stacks.

Wolman was chairman of the Stream Pollution Committee of the Construction League of America from 1936 to 1943. There is material from this work although there is much correspondence with the National Resources Planning Board as well.
