This subseries consists of records and subject files contemporary to the actual construction and development of the CC-IH projects as they happened. This is in contrast to the subseries Impact and analysis, which consists of materials that relate to the CC-IH projects as an overarching whole, spanning the history, impact, legacy, and results of the projects from right after their inception until the 2000s.
