This subseries consists of materials relating to Millspaugh’s time serving in the United States Urban Renewal Administration (abbreviated URA, and later the Renewal Projects Administration and Renewal Assistance Administration, under the Department of Housing and Urban Development, or HUD) from 1957 to October 1, 1960. Millspaugh continued to serve as a consultant and corresponding on relevant topics after that date. Materials include subject files on urban renewal, correspondence, "kudos," and the text of speeches and other writings.
