Treasurer's Report, 1964-1969
Scope and Contents
Series 7, Treasurer's Records, ranges in date from 1900 to 1972, but is complete only from 1939 1949. From 1900 to 1913 there are seven bound volumes, journals of expenses and receipts. The files contain correspondence, memoranda, equipment lists, journal entries, balance sheets (found in the Auditor's Records from 1941 to 1969), and a virtually complete set of Treasurer's Reports, which were originally duplicated in the Board of Governors' Records. From 1950 to 1966, the files contain only Treasurer's Reports. A small amount of additional information may be found in the Board of Governors' Records, and figures concerning the operation of the dining room may be found in the Business Reports.
