Fixed Asset additions, 1964
Scope and Contents
Series 4, Manager/House Committee, ranges in date from 1927 to 1972, but is most complete only through 1949. This series contains correspondence and memoranda; budget statements and projections; special reports on proposals, additions and working conditions; and monthly and annual Business Reports and House Committee Reports detailing numbers of guests, dinners, lunches, food costs, sales and wages. There is a virtually complete set of Business Reports and House Committee Reports for the entire period, but there is little correspondence after 1949. Some additional management information may be found in the Board of Governors' Records, and sometimes closely related types of materials may be found in the Treasurer's Records.
